"We spent four nights at the Prince Conti and found it to be ideally located. One block away from Bourbon Street, it is not only convenient to so much activity, but also provides a quiet haven from all of that activity. Thank you to Michael and the rest of the front desk staff who were helpful and friendly, but not intrusive. "I WAS SORELY DISAPPOINTED THAT WE COULD NOT BUY STARBUCKS COFFEE IN THIS HOTEL!!!! With many customers who are discerning travelers, it should NOT need to be stated that your customers expect superb coffee options every morning while staying at your property. The Valet service was horrible and unorganized. I am going to rethink whether I need to stay loyal to Ritz-Carlton after this stay. "
