They have accommodated everything that I have asked for and has never shown any sense of rudeness or annoyance. They are really kind and are just purely amazing!"

"There was nothing I liked about this property. The pictures in the ad on Expedia showed a different bathroom completely from what was provided. As well upon Landing in Seoul I received an email from the property telling me that they were unable to provide me with my original request of two bedroom each with three bedst. they were only able to provide two bedrooms with 1 having two beds and one having four beds there was no mention that we would be in a basement with shared common areas for sinks"
