“Great Get Away”

I was very happy with our stay, and it was a great get away to relax.

“All that we needed...”

While not the Ritz by a long shot, our stay at the Days Inn was all that we needed for a 4 night stay in Gatlinburg. Clean room, hot showers, cold air conditioning and a comfortable bed with lots of pillows. The continental breakfast in the lobby was enough to get the day started out right. We would rather spend our vacation dollars on dining and attractions, rather than a pricey hotel!

“Already planning our next visit!”

My husband and I decided on Days Inn and Suites after we got to Gatlinburg later Friday evening. We were pleasantly surprised! The check in was smooth, desk worker was friendly, hotel and room was very clean. We'll definitely be back!

“Friendly Staff”

The lady Wendy that checked us in was wonderful. They are more than willing to help you save money in any way they can. This has been the best place I have stayed in the mountains. Very friendly staff.

“GREAT Stay!”

The next time I am in this area, I will stay at this location again. I was expecting something average, and instead got a very nice room! If you're in town for the National Park, you can't pick a better location, as it's right at the entrance. It's also right at the beginning of the strip, so if you're in town for the activities you're in an equally great location! Also, I have terrible allergies, and that tends to be a problem when I stay at a hotel. Not this time! The room was clean as a whistle, and the sheets were fresh and didn't have any strange fragrance to them (I am allergic to many kinds of detergents and fragrances, so that I can be problematic for me when staying at a hotel). Quiet enough for a great night's sleep, too! I can't recommend this place enough. I travel cross-country frequently on business, so I know the good hotels from the bad. This is definitely a GREAT place.

“Clean and close to everything downtown”

clean rooms and pretty close to everything downtown we pretty much walked to everything since the room was so close to downtown Witch is great considering that gas is 3.60 a gallon only complaint is the elevator was a little sketchy...

“Good value”

The staff was friendly & helpful. The room looked just like the website photo. The refrigerator was not working when we got there, but mysteriously turned itself on in the middle of the night. The cable was not working properly & the room had a strong chemical smell (adhesive?). The breakfast was not great, but the conversation interesting. A lady was complaining of 'bloody handprints' on the walls in her room.

“Good location, decent hotel.....”

Hotel is at the end of the strip. Around light 10. Close to National Park. Walking distance to shopping and stores. Hotel is older. It's in worn condition, but everything was ok. Outdoor pool was a little green and the indoor pool gave one of us a rash.

“Better on the inside ! Don't go by the looks of the outside !”

The room was very nice, clean, and looked to be newly remodeled. The lobby, elevator, pool area, hallways, and outsied of building NOT impressive at all, and looked run down almost. I was very concerned when we pulled up, got out, and then went in.....but was VERY pleasantly suprised when we got into the room!
