We recently stayed at Marshall’s Rest Motel during our “last vacation” of the summer celebration. This was our 3rd time staying here. What i like best about staying here is the cute cozy rooms (which are clean & well maintained), the pool area which offers a view of the river while you swim or relax pool side & the closeness to downtown (only a 4 min walk). Over all this place offers it all. Clean rooms, great service & short walking distance to the strip. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a great family owned, clean place to stay. We will definitely be staying again in the future!
My 8 & 3 year old really enjoyed themselves. Very clean & well maintained pool.

Quaint Motel nestled in the heart of Gatlinburg

This quaint Motel is such a refreshing change from the huge multi-story Hotels. Love it. You have your own assigned parking spot, easy access to downtown Gatlinburg walking or driving. Lovely seating by the creek. Just all around great place to stay.

Amazing place!!

Staff was extremely friendly. It was within walking distance to downtown gatlinburg. Super cute. Bed was comfortable. Will definitely be staying again soon.

Great stay!

This is a great, off of the Main Street hideaway. It is old-school in character but very clean, well maintained, quaint and comfortable. It sits right along the creek with lovely outdoor seating as well as rockers on the porch. The rooms are small but have all that you need. The family that owns it take pride in its care. The price was very reasonable. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the busy Gatlinburg strip and there is also a shuttle bus stop at the motel if you want to ride to any of the other attractions in town. We would stay here again if we came back.

Great location !!!

I have stayed here several times. Less than a 3 minute walk to the Gatlinburg strip. Very centrally located!!You get the cabin feel without paying the price of a super expensive cabin.Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Excellent motel! One of the cleanest motels we have stayed in. The beds were super comfortable. The area is off the beaten path. It is extremely quiet and an easy walk into town. The outdoor seating next to the creek is so relaxing after a day in the Smokies. Will definitely stay again!

This is a quiet, clean and cute hotel in Gatlinburg. One can walk to the main street shops downtown, but the inn is on a side street so it's quiet. The room was very cute, updated and CLEAN.

Awesome stay

This cute little motel was so clean and sufficient for our needs. Loved the location and the staff were nice and helpful. We stayed in the family room with three beds and two bedrooms. Nice bathroom too. Comfortable beds. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch.
