Staff was very friendly and courteous. We love the area, off the main strip but close walking distance. We did notice one of our pillow cases had a stain on it but besides that everything was great. Their outdoor hot tub was amazing after a day walking around and going to the slope.

This was my second stay in this hotel. Everything was good except hot water in the room. It was slightly warm and even to get that, you have to wait till cold water is drained. It was in the room on 3rd floor.

We had a nice view of the Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub because it was clean and nobody else was around. Very quiet for being in town. Room was clean and spacious.
