“Pastor mini vacation was a hit !”
Loved it pool clean hot tub clean , needed more bacon on the bar but I think you can never have enough bacon! Great place to stay will visit again.
“Good value for being close to shoping and the park”
Hotel was very convenient, well maintained and reasonably priced. Will definitely consider staying there on next trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The breakfast was fair but cooked egg omelet was cold and somewhat runny. There were enough other cold items to make up for the eggs.
“Highly Recommended”
Great location--just off the main drag of Hwy 441 in Pigeon Forge; walking distance to restaurants, shopping. Aside from a dirty carpet (there were staples and bits of cellophane wrapping under the coffee table--and my husband's white socks quickly turned black), everything else about the hotel met our expectations and did not disappoint. The breakfast was better than expected--creamy scrambled eggs, nicely seasoned sausage links, waffles/bread/bagels for toasting, yogurts, milk, fresh fruit and juices, and--something we'd not seen before--an automated pancake maker! Seriously--press a button, the batter drops, the machines cooks the pancakes evenly and plops 'em on your plate! The staff was professional and pleasant without being informal and casual. Lots of parking--and the convenience of a washer and dryer on the 5th floor! Could not ask for more in a busy, event-riddled place like Pigeon Forge, TN!

Great accomodations, clean and quiet

The only complaint i have with holiday inn express is the pool closes too early. and my air condiner wasnt up to parr.I didnt complain because we had to much stuff to have to change rooms. other wise holiday in stays that we have had was great!
“Very Good Hotel”
We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and the cleaning personnel was always very nice. The free hot breakfast was excellent. The indoor pool wasn't warm enough. We asked if they could make it warmer. They did, but after 3 days later, so we weren't very happy with that. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.
“Will Be Staying Here Again”
Upon arriving, you could tell this was going to be a nicer hotel by its condition on the outside. Going in, everything was up to date fixtures and very clean. Front Desk was very helpful and I will be staying her again.
“Great value for the money!”
This is a great value and the location is great, right off of the parkway but at a light so easy to get into and out of. The only thing keeping this from straight 5s was the condition of our room. The cover was broken on the AC/Heat unit-not really a big deal, but unsightly. Also, the bathroom was clean but had some condition issues (sloppy grout/sealant work, paint job showed the color underneath). All of the employees were courteous and friendly. There is a free hot breakfast in the mornings and free coffee and tea 24/7. There was a good selection for the breakfast. Everyone should be able to find something to please them. Had eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, toast, fruit, etc. The indoor pool is on the small side, but was a good temperature even though it was 25 degrees outside. I would definitely stay here again.
“perfect for the weekend!”
Our room was clean, the bed was soft, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We didn't spend much time in our room, but we were very comfortable there. I will definitely book here again!!!
“Good stay for the pay”
When we arrived we were told we were upgraded to a king, jacuzzi room. We were glad for the upgrade just not sure why it happened. The room was very clean (the carpet a little stained)and the bed very comfy. The jacuzzi had cracks in it and the air didn't work at all. The first night we were hot! Hotel said they were full and couldn't really help us, but did send us a small fan for extra air. Weather changed and 2nd day was perfect. The breakfast was great! The pool fun. We would stay here again, just make sure the air is working before we accept the room. The staff was very friendly.
