Overall this property is you get what you pay for and the desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast is a major plus and works well enough. If you like the proximity to Dollywood and a good breakfast with "ok" cleanliness, this is your hotel.

Once hot water finally got to the shower it was so hot (scalding) I had to keep turning it down to get it to a comfortable temp. Which was a cold shower. There needs to be a shelf or something in shower for the ladies that need to shave their legs in the shower.
