Sadly we missed the celebrations for his birthday as they took place the weekend before. Nice big room with a lovely bathroom. Loved the tiles on th walls and the floor and the toiletries. "All of the hotel staff are amazing. The grounds are lovely. Unfortunately the whole place was freezing for both days and nights. It was unseasonably cold weather for April, but the heating couldnt be turned up. Everyone was moaning to the management! You couldnt sit and even enjoy a drink in the bar with a coat on. It was a shame as if warmer we would have loved our stay."
