"Great location. Great price. Very quiet room. They have a green policy on cleaning and changing bedding and towels, which I thought was great. Room was a little on the small size - if you are a big person, you may struggle, especially with the bathroom/shower. Room was also very warm. I turn the thermostat right down, lowest was 18C, and I was boiling every night. That was my only gripe, really. "

"Hotel was great! Very new and modern hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. We were there during the stock market building fire (obviously beyond their control) which made the hotel smell like smoke, but the hotel staff went through vigorous lengths to remove the smell from the building in a timely manor, which was well appreciated. Hotel is close to transportation and many good restaurants which is beneficial. Would definitely recommend this hotel again in Copenhagen."

"Overall the hotel is great. Clean and modern feel to it. What let it down was housekeeping. We stayed for 3 nights but were only given two coffee pods. Everyday when we returned to the hotel housekeeping hadn’t replenished the coffee pods, milk and sugar. They took the mugs and glasses that were used but didn’t replace them so we couldn’t have made a coffee even if we had the coffee etc. they also removed a hand towel and didn’t replace it.
