Staff was great. Every request was answered. Location worked well for us as we got to see a lot of the city. The proximity to the train station was very helpful as we went in and out from there to visit other cities. Easy access to great restaurants.

This is the second Scandic hotel I’ve stayed in. The beds are really comfortable and it is a really nice hotel. The hotel was central and close to amenities. The hop on, hop off bus has a stop just over the road so it is a good choice for tourists.

Comfortable, quiet, not too warm. Easy check in and out. Only hotel I have ever had to pay to leave bags on check out day though! A little walk into town but worth it for quiet nights.

The property is really well located for Tivoli Gardens and the Train station. The walk to the main shopping area is short (10-15mins) and allows you to get a good sense of the general areas of the city. The sofa bed was a little small for our 10 and 13yo but it was fine for our 3 night stay. Any longer or children who are a year older probably not suitable. Still great hotel.

Very nice hotel but very busy so lots of people at breakfast and in the elevators. Small but great room with nice bedding. Breakfast was ok but nothing amazing and lots of noise.

We did nr like the switches for thé light ' and thé window stores went up during thé night and day by themselves.Really enjoyed thé wellness with thé quiet music thé pool and discrete and kind staff .Very helpfull night receptionists so kind every one Rental bikes ;one of them malfunctioning ..thé gears.
