I had an outstanding stay at the Holiday Inn Express Goodlettesville and will definitely return!

“wrong address”

This place was very nice but had a hard time finding it do to the wrong street in on the expedia page

“OK hotel, clean, but noisy.”

We were there for a wedding, but the hotel was full of teenagers, and younger kids who were in town for soccer, softball, and little league tournaments. As you can imagine, they were up and down the halls until late, and the hotel walls and floors are thin, and you could feel and hear all the noise. However, the attendants in the breakfast area did a super job in handling all the crowd, and the food was good and an adequate selection. The rooms in the hotel were large and comfortable as were the beds. Housekeeping was very helpful in providing extra towels when requested. All in all, it was OK for our purposes. The pool, however, was drained and closed for maintenance, and was not available.

“not impressed”

After complaining about the lack of lights in the room, we were offered a less desireable room as the only alternative.
