Staff was great, kind, friendly, accommodating. The place was very comfortable and unique, modern industrial design. We felt very safe and most comfortable. Our loft could use a good "deep cleaning", but we did love it.

Our stay was exceptional. The staff was friendly and efficient. We did not use the laundry, but the kitchen was a blessing as it was so hot outside. We had cold drinks handy. The room was clean. The tub was a tad bit tall for short people.

The place was cleanly and very nice. They do need to let people know about the room deposit ahead of time for people to be able to prepare better for that. It was 100 bucks a night. You already have to pay nightly for parking.

We're so glad that we chose this hotel for our Nashville stay! The location was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go: Broadway, Printers Alley, Germantown, and Nissan Stadium. The front desk clerks were always friendly and helpful. Our spacious, beautiful apartment exceeded our expectations! We really appreciated the full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable furnishings, as well as many thoughtful extras (sound machine). Other positive qualities about this hotel are the cleanliness and tranquillity of the room and throughout the property. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Nashville Reserve, and we're looking forward to visiting again.

Not sure if there is a better place to stay in Nashville. Perfect location, LOVELY staff (Phillip to be specific), gorgeous rooms with all the amenities you could need. We got an apartment style suite on Fourth of July weekend for a super affordable price, I was shocked when I checked in. Dont skip this spot. ON SITE PARKING INCLUDED TOO! thank you nashville reserve ill be back

Really nice place to stay that is a 10-15 minute walk to most places. Very easy to get an Uber also that was between $5.50 and 8:50 depending on when you need them. Really nice kitchen set up and separated bedroom and bathroom. Parking is a little expensive at $40 a day but secure. We would stay here again

Receptionist was very friendly and happy to answer a few questions I had about the stay and check-in/out process. I also found that the hotel was extremely easy to get in and out of. I was nervous about staying in the middle of the city, but It was really easy driving and walking. The room was solid. Very well furnished for a hotel room and I have no complaints about the accommodations. To keep things brief, I'll definitely look here first for my next Nashville trip. Would not hesitate to stay again.

What a gem!! Fantastic accommodation in a great location a 10min walk from Lower Broadway. Very friendly staff - shout out to Philip who was so helpful. Book The Reserve, you won’t regret it!!

We had a really great stay at the Nashville Reserve. The location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the room was comfortable and clean but we did find some “strange” hairs in the bathroom and the Keurig machine was dirty but the staff quickly replaced it with what seemed to be a brand new machine. I would recommend the Nashville Reserve to anyone looking for a place to stay while in the Nashville area.
