“Close to Mt. Washington, Clean, Inexpensive.”
We chose this hotel for it's location and price. We were very satisfied with the value it offered. It was very clean and well maintained. My only complaint was that guests above us were quite loud and inconsiderate. We were awakened at 12:30am by the sound of little feet running and jumping--we think they were playing on the beds. After 15 minutes we called the front desk and the night clerk politely said he would "look into it." Well, it wasn't until 1:45 am when the children finally stopped jumping and went to bed. Parents are so clueless at times!! We would definitely stay here again, although we will ask for the 2nd floor next time.

we planed the trip for our daughter's wedding and it was very easy ,,and its just very nice the whole trip and we are going to come back again ,it was just that good of a trip and we don't mind the ride at all. thank you very much for a job well done....

“Great place for the price!”
The indoor heated pool and hot tub were awesome! There was a game room that is fun even for adults! The hotel is outdated, but kept extremely clean. We had breakfast in the dining hall and the food was delicious, the homemade toast is a definite!
“Great get away”
We had a great time! Everyone was very friendly, other people staying there had nothing but great things to say. We ate dinner in the resturant, had a wonderful waitress and great food! Its quite and a great place to get away and relax
“Average hotel”
Very simple basic hotel. The room was a good size. Miniscule bathroom and not the most comfortable beds. For the price and the other offerings in the area this wasn't a bad place to stay. Would probably go back again on another ski vacation. Do not eat in the restaurant- the food is disgusting and expensive. The service was friendly enough but the meal was sub-par to inedible.
“Good for that price”
The hotel was good for that price. It was clean, the location was very convenient and quite quite. The hotel restaurant is jut OK but anyway there is something to eat there (except for dishes from kids menu - avoid them! - it's better to order fo kids something from adults menu). Also the porch, common to all rooms on floor, forced us to draw curtains because otherwise any guest could have a look inside our room.

We got a great rate at this hotel for the area. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The fitness room could have been better, but it was functional. Great location near Gorham. Would definitely stay here again.
“Good value, Good location for ski areas.”
Great place for the price. Rooms are clean, staff (except for a very surly cocktail waitress the night we had arrived) are friendly. There was a big snowstorm the night we had arrived, they did a good job clearing the walkways and parking area.
