They had a solid spread for their Continental Breakfast (including a waffle machine). It was well stocked and attended, cleanest breakfast area I have ever eaten at. The pool was well taken care of and clean. The overall vibe of this place was just awesome. It is evident the family that owns this property takes great pride in it. "Staff was welcoming, even gave us cookies! Coffee and tea was available. Room was clean. View was stunning of the mountain- choose mountain side! Fire pit was gorgeous to soak in the view, outdoor eating was serene. The restaurant was fantastic for both appetizers (best bruschetta of my life!) dinner and breakfast I wish we lived local we got home tonight and I told my spouse I was craving another dinner there! I loved the smash burger and he loved the half chicken! Omelets with smashed potatoes for breakfast we’re rockin! Bed and pillows great, hot beautiful shower/bathroom. Didn’t love the shampoo and conditioner provided or the air conditioner seeming a bit too noisy. A tub would have been a bonus. Again, property stunning. Great location between story land and Santa’s village. We will be back and likely upgrade to a room with a balcony to soak up more scenic vibes! Staff for restaurant also welcoming. Best place in the region, the feeling at the Glen House is worth the extra price for your stay compared to other options. "
"We booked three rooms at the resort for a delightful family long weekend getaway. We arrived bright and early at 11 am, and to our pleasant surprise, two of our rooms were already prepared for us. This allowed us to check in early without any additional fees, which was a wonderful start to our stay.
Upon settling in, we encountered a minor inconvenience, but the staff was quick to address it, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. As a gesture of goodwill, they generously provided us with nine complimentary breakfast vouchers, which turned out to be an excellent perk!
The resort is truly family-oriented, offering a plethora of amenities designed for relaxation and enjoyment. While the adults were able to unwind at various spots around the property, the kids were in their element, playing happily on the expansive playground and splashing around in the two outdoor pools, as well as the indoor pool.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff was not only friendly but consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had access to fresh towels near the pools and in the sauna areas. Their attentiveness made our experience even more enjoyable.
Additionally, the location of the resort is remarkably convenient, situated right next to bustling shopping areas and a market basket, which made it easy for us to pick up essentials during our stay.
