The Lodge At Jackson Village

"The staffโs is very nice. And everything was clean. This is the second time I have stayed here with my family. The first year it was just a few cob webs and uncovered holes in the bottom of the in ground pool. This year the holes in the pool were still there and I got my foot on one. In my room the lever to go from bath to shower was broken and had to be set just right to get the water pressure right. Then the toilet was not level. It would rock when you sat on it. The sink hole and basin didnโt line up. There were broken backs on the chairs in the room. The rooms have obvious years of wear and tear. Dings in the walls and furniture which arenโt really a big deal. Over all the place could use a little cosmetic love but it is safe and clean."

"The room was very clean. The staff was nice. The pool loungers were not the best. They were very low of the ground and not in great condition. Plus, they didnโt provide towels at the pool and nobody said that until I got to the pool overall I was quite happy and I would stay"

"We stayed at T & C w 2 grandkids ages 6 & 10 in August. They enjoyed the indoor heated pool, hot tub and game room. The pool area is very warm making it super uncomfortable if you're trying to supervise your kids while dressed. The room was clean and comfortable but should have enough bath towels to accommodate 4 people not just 2. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner during our 2 night stay. The menu offered both good kid and adult selections. The wait staff was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs outside before dinner but was disappointed on the 2nd night when they weren't returned to their spots after mowing. This was our 2nd year staying at T & C as it's both picturesque and close enough to Santa's Village."

"As other reviews stated it is a very clean and well-maintained property off the main road in Lincoln NH in a secluded back road across from a miniature golf range. The staff were very helpful including Alessandro at the front desk, Gregory in housekeeping and not to forget the two lady breakfast servers. The hotel is well located in a quiet area of the White Mountains off route 93 but still within walking distance to the main street in Lincoln. We would definitely stay there again when we return to the White Mountain area."

"The staffing at the restaurant left room for improvement. It seemed to me they were understaffed and the staff that was there was inexperienced. The staff however was very pleasant and apologized for the glitches. One of our meals was completely compensated to make up for the inconvenience which was very much appreciated."
