"Very nice hotel. Great location in the French quarter. Staff was very friendly. Had a Junior suite with an awesome balcony over looking the courtyard. However, bed sagged and left our backs aching. Told the staff after the first night and they said they would look into it but they didn’t. Got a cot for the third night which was more comfortable than the main bed. "

"We spent our honeymoon in Barcelona and the hotel was so amazing! The staff at check in and check out were the most friendly. They took such good care knowing it was our honeymoon including a bottle of cava and decorations in the room with chocolates! The rooms are absolutely amazing and so large! 5 star hotel with 5 star service. The staff at the rooftop bar were absolutely incredible. "This was my 3rd stay at Hotel Colon and it was another wonderful stay. I love the helpful staff and the great central location in Barri Gothic. We arrived early and our room was ready, which I really appreciated. Our room was located on the 3rd floor that was totally renovated one month ago. Comfortable design room with super comfy bed. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. Roof top terrace has been totally renovated as well and just reopened without the pool. "

"The hotel was amazing. Everybody working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They offered complementery coffee, proseco and some sweets at check in. Everything was clean. Location was great. You can walk to La rambla from there. Roof took was great as well. Room was very comfortable. If i go back to Barcelona I would probably stay again"
