“Good Hotel”
This hotel has very friendly staff. It was quite busy when we were there but the staff dealt wit the customers efficiently. Hotel offers a buffet dinner, for a charge, but it was worthwile, the dessert section was great. Rooms are of a good size and offer satellite TV. We were on the fifth floor which gave us a nice view of the area and the mountains. It is not too far from the attractions. The hotel offers tours to the Alhambra for 40 Euros. A little expensive but its well worth it, especially if you want to avoid the long cues at the entrance. There was a little noise in our room from a party taking place somewhere below us, but apart from that, no complaints.
“Small but Very Comfortable & Friendly Staff”
The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is relatively new with very modern fixtures and fittings. The Hotel itself was spotless. The breakfast was a cold buffet but you could have much as you wanted. I would stay here again - no doubt about that!
“good location pleasant staff”
Nice clean hotel good price highly recommendable
“It was very good hoel”
I like the place becaus its near to the centre of the city
“Good value”
Not many restaurants nearby. The hotel has a good buffet dinner, but it was too full one night and it was annoying to be refused. After all we guests at the hotel.
“Very good value. Good location. Friendly and helpful service. Clean rooms.”
Very good value. Good location. Friendly and helpful service. Clean rooms.
“Good Hotel for the price”
Overall it's quite good. They have a huge breakfast buffet included in the room price. Concierge speaks many languages and they are vey kind and helpful. Janitorial staff should do a little better job in cleaning the room while you're staying though (nothing big however, just I do not think they really did much more than fixing the bed while I was there). Bathroom starts showing some aging. Confortable anyway.
“Stay Next To A Motorway”
This hotel is right next to the main Granada ring road. Even with double glazing, the traffic noise is very loud. It is also right on the outskirts of the town, with only fields on the other side of the ring road. It is a good 30 minutes walk to the cathedral, and another 30 minutes walk to the Alhambra. Central it is not. There is a shopping centre next to the hotel, but few restaurants.
“Is it really a 4 star hotel!!”
I wonder how did this hotel get a **** hotel standard!! The only good thing in the hotel is the Lobby and receiption hall, then you will face a 1 * hotel or even lower. Rooms are very poor in furnature and condition. In general, compared to other **** hotels, this one is very poor and far away being **** hotel. I dont recommend this hotel to anybody.
