Det var en helt fantastiskt upplevelse på detta hotell. De hade tänkt på helheten och alla detaljer från inredning till service. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och serviceminded. Rummen jätte mysiga, rena och en mjuk skön säng ( i Sydeuropa är de ofta annars jätte hårda). Ska ni till Granada boka detta hotell!

A wonderful hotel with lots of fabulous personal touches. They had cleaned our windscreen in the car park and left a note wishing us a safe journey. Noelia was knowledgeable and delightful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Estancia fantástica

La estancia de 3 noches fue genial. El hotel está muy céntrico, se puede ir a pie a todos los lugares de interés de la ciudad. El servicio y la atención fueron inmejorables por parte de todo el personal del hotel. Cuidaron todo tipo de detalles, la habitación era amplia y sobre todo super silenciosa (cosa que se agradece muchísimo para un buen descanso, estando el hotel tan céntrico) las instalaciones muy nuevas y la limpieza perfecta. Estancia totalmente recomendable para volver a una ciudad tan bonita como Granada.
