“A decent place to stay, breakfast could be better!”

Hotel is fairly new, and seems to be kept up very well. Room was nice and clean, all of the employees were friendly. Breakfast was not as good as it could have been. The food was sort of bland, and the bacon was so thin I could have read through it!

“Best Hotel for Winnipeg Shoppers”

For Winnipeggers wanting a shopping weekend in Grand Forks, this is your best bet. Clean and reliable with a breakfast buffet, it's ideally located at the west end of Grand Fork's big box shopping district. The arrival of an IHOP and Ruby Tuesday's on the same parking lot make the location even more attractive. It's a very busy place, though crowding is releived by having 2 elevators on the 4-story building (I've seen a too many 5-story hotels that channel all their guests through one elevator). My only quibble is the pool area. Although it's fairly spacious and includes 2 hot tubs, the actual pool is a small rectangle with no wading area. It would be nice to see something a bit more kid-friendly, but as I said, that's a quibble. If you're planning a shopping trip to GF, the HI Express whould be your first choice

“Nice place to stay!”

this is the 5th hotel I have stayed in at Grand Forks and would definetly stay again. Rooms are big and comfortable, (except for the new couch is rock hard) They provide a great breakfast in the morning, lotza hot and cold choices. We used the exercise room and they have very nice, new equipment with a big TV. Location was easy to find and easy to drive anywhere else in Grand Forks.

“Excellent Hotel”

Can't think of any reason why we would stay anywhere else in Grand Forks. The room was large, comfortable,clean great beds and very well located. The microwave and fridge and nice gym were a bonus. Hot breakfast is great and the breakfast lady a gem with loads of local info. A simple shopping day felt like a vacation so we stayed a second night.
