“Pleasant stay”

A very helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable accomodations, wireless internet access was a plus! Good value

“First Trip to South Carolina”

Side chair broken, reservation system not user (hotel clerk) friendly...she had trouble finding the reservation. A goof bed with clean bedding, TV picture (tube-type) fuzzy. Interior/exterior looked a little shabby. The price was fantastic compared with the northeast US.

“Nothing special--other choices available.”

I stayed 3 nights here for a business/personal weekend. Upon arriving in room, bathroom tub was dirty, with stain and hair in drain. Wireless internet was spotty working at best. Everyday I had to go up to the front desk to reactivate my keycard since it would lock me out on a daily basis. The breakfast was lackluster. I definitely would go across or down the street for more options, and probably at a better price.

“Disappointed”

Pool wasn't working. No fitness center as advertised. No jacuzzi as advertized -- only in the upgraded rooms. Desk clerk who checked us in took at least 15 minutes to figure out how to get our reservation from Expedia. The morning desk clerk was very unfriendly. Breakfast was very basic and unappealing. I won't go back.
