The hotel manager wants to charge extra money which doesn’t show up in the reservation. Even with that, I wanted to pay because I was already too tired but then the manager didn’t allow me to stay there and canceled my reservation. This is the worst experience I had in my life

I travel a lot and this hotel was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk lady was extremely rude. One day I get back to the hotel ready to relax and all the linens had been stripped from the bed and it was hours before they replaced them. The next day I told them I didn’t need service and they barged in my room after telling them I didn’t need service and asked that I leave the room. Felt very uncomfortable at this hotel.

For the price the room was fine. We only stayed 2 night and arrived fairly late. Check in was easy and staff were friendly and quick. The room was clean and nice with solid floors, nice large bathroom etc. The bed mattress was a little lumpy and you sink in the middle. Bathroom Door was difficult to close. Otherwise fine. Breakfast looked great but we didn’t have time.
