"The hotel is in a perfect location if you’re going to broadway shows. The rooms are small. There are no amenities like coffee pot or fridge. They are renovating the lobby so it was busy and noisy. Overall 4* paid a ridiculous amount for “resort fees” no idea what that was for. "

"The service before we even checked in was amazing. The front desk staff was very patient, kind and allowed us to check our baggage since we arrived a few hours early and had a tour to catch. The room was very clean, spacious (for New York), and the bed was really comfortable. We stayed in 3 different hotels over the span of our trip and this was by far the best. We will be staying here again and for longer next time!"
