“Excellent quality for the Price”
We were supposed to have 2 king rooms but the ones on the ground floor were handicap equipped with no tubs (my wife likes to soak) and the second floor units were next to a group of students on a field trip. We opted for two queen beds on the third floor away from any noise. Good choice. Rooms were clean and quiet and very comfortable. Housekeeping staff were terrific. Breakfast was included and had a large selection from which to choose (hot and cold cereals, pastries, muffins, bagels etc. Coffee, tea, juices, fruit and more). Pool and spa were very nice after a day of shopping and exploring. Clean and well maintained. Front desk personnel were very helpful and check out was efficient and quick. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

“Good basic option”
Front desk staff friendly, knowledgable. Room clean, everything worked. Would have liked a small refrig for the amount of $$ spent for the night...
“Nice breakfast”
The breakfast was great and it was clean and well-managed, but the property was beginning to show its age.
“I expected more from this brand”
The room was humid and smelled musty. There was a wet drywall patch on the wall-ceiling joint that covering a recent water leak. Old tv with cable that was dead for hours (there was a storm but the outage went on long after) The entire facility feels old and tired. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate (continental plus). Staff was ok. Location is 10 minutes drive from the scenic downtown Holland and state beach. Chain restaurants, mall and shops are nearby. Dutch Village is next block, but it's the only tourist attraction nearby.
