Clean room, I checked under the bed and corners of the room. Most hotels you will see some hair on the sheets. The sheets here were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast needs slight improvement, they need a waffle maker and ripe bananas. Towels clean as well

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms had the basics (no microwave if that is something you need). Located in a central area near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Sometimes you could hear the main road traffic but not terrible. Only thing I would say is we did not utilize free breakfast - first morning it was so picked over at 6:45am we didn't try the other days.

The staff are great! The room above our room was very noisy running back and forth stomping started at 4am continously. Making very difficult to sleep. I feel having to squeeze hand soap is very unsanitary especially after uding the toilet.

Floor in our room was sticky… felt generally unclean and smelled of cologne. The hallways smelled Iike weed. Mentioned this to the front desk an only response was “yeah I noticed that too… it’s weird because we fine $250 for smoking in the rooms”… no apology just that. Pool was SO COLD my kids only lasted 15 min playing when normally they enjoy swimming much longer.

Booked ahead of time on Expedia, but they added more fees and a deposit when I got there. Do not accept cash, which I was not prepared for. Had my husband call to pay over the phone and they put him on hold and never came back to him. After an hour of trying to pay with cash, MasterCard, and by phone with a Visa, we left and went to Baymont. It was just as nice and half the price.
