“Great place to stay near IAH”

Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly from the pick-up at the airport and back. The bed was soooooooo comfortable I wanted to take it home but it would not fit into my carry on. Very good value for the money when looking for an airport hotel.

“Excellent”

Everything was excellent! Front desk girl was really helpful, and got me another hotel reservation for the next night at another Hampton/Hilton hotel. I am a big fan of Hampton: good price, good quality with good breakfast and WiFi All the things I want.

“Would stay there again.”

We had a great stay, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had free shuttle to and from the airport. .Chauffeur was extremely helpful, suggesting restaurant for dinner. All around great service.

“Fantastic!”

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. Check in was smooth, the staff courteous, and the deluxe breakfast in the morning was awesome! We ended up having to stay an extra night at the end of our trip, due to missing our flights. They accommodated us nicely again. I highly recommend this hotel.

“World class!”

Great hotel, very convenient to the Houston International airport, very comfortable beds, the staff went out of their way to help, great breakfast. The only thing this hotel didn't have was a restaurant but there's a restaurant just down the street in case you don't have a car. Shuttle service to the airport every half hour. Very convenient.

“Very Helpful Employees”

Due to lack of knowledge on my part, when using Expedia; i was charged by the hotel on my credit card. They resolved the issue with me while I was at the hotel. A couple of days after arriving home, I still found a charge on my card. I was told by the management, that they would remove the pending charge after 3-5 days. I am still waiting for this to be removed. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, but please know what to do when you arrive at the front desk.

“Night Before Our Flight”

A really nice Hampton property located in the shadow of IAH. The only negative was that the air conditioning didn't get quite cold enough. We weren't uncomfortable, but we like it COLD which can be a tall order in Houston climate. Otherwise, a top notch place!
