"The facility is clean and in excellent condition. Interior is luxurious and modern. All the staff are professional and goes out of their way to give you a 5star service. Location is near good food, shopping, and entertainment. "

"The hotel staff spoke English and were super nice and informative. The hotel room is pretty typical of most hotel rooms. The only thing I didn't like was not being able to adjust the AC. Though I noticed this is common with a lot of hotels in Korea so not really a dig on the hotel just wanting to inform other international guests before staying here that this is a fact. It does have a fan you can turn on what it doesn't always stay on. It kind of keeps turning on and off through out the night. I did like the location of this hotel. It was close to a lot of different attractions. The Bake located in the hotel was a joke to me though, we went to eat there one morning and there was barely any food. The place itself felt as big as 1 hotel room. We ended up walking to a different place to eat. Overall would I stay here again? Yeah I wouldn't mind staying here again if I wanted to be in this area of Seoul again!"
