"Very impressed with Rosen Shingle Creek. Everyone - from bell stand, front desk, outdoor servers, and parking tram attendant, etc were super professional, friendly and helpful. They must really train them on customer service. Rooms were updated and with tasteful decorations. Everything was clean. Pools were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Parking and valet fees were a little steep but nothing out of the ordinary for this type of hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel. Clean room, excellent air conditioning. Lovely pool area. Our one issue was that the shower leaked horribly. It was leaking at the rubber casing at the bottom of the glass door. Water was all over the bathroom floor and made a huge mess. "

"Everything was cool except the fact that I couldn’t use my credit card info on my phone, they required a physical card which I don’t carry no more. I just want to ‘tap and go’. Thankfully, I had my debit card with me. Please upgrade."
