"The hotel was good and really convenient public transportation options to Venice. The only downside is unfortunately you will see unsavory individuals on roadsides and we even saw folks taking drugs on parking lots nearby. Be a little vigilant as you walk on the neighborhood. The hotel is safe though as everything requires access code or cards. "

"I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very nicely organized and homey. The room included little snacks which is lovely. The breakfast is very good and includes options for vegans. It is also well located, close to a metro stop and a short walk to shopping. The best part of the hotel is the welcoming staff. This is a great spot for a short visit or a long visit. I would have liked to stay longer. Thank you!"

"It was raining on the day when we arrived and while it was only a 5 minute walk from the Termini station, we were soaking wet when we arrived. The friendly staff quickly provided us clean towels to dry ourselves at check in. Our room were spacious, looks newly renovated and clean. Also came with a great view out from the balcony as a bonus."

"This hotel is in a convenient location. It’s within a short walking distance to Piazza San Marco and the #7 ferry station to Murano. There are many restaurant options nearby. Our room was clean and quiet and l was comfortable enough for four adults in a one bedroom with one large sofa bed for two. The hotel provided welcome gifts in our room that were very nice and a plus."

"Hotel is extremely well located along the ocean promenade, near restaurants and literally next door to the train station. It is meticulously clean even though it is older. Very kind service from everyone. No noise from train station at all. Air conditioning is weak, so it would be uncomfortable in hot weather. Would definitely return."

"This hotel is very centrally located, 1min walk from the water taxi, which is very convenient as in Venice you have to walk your luggage to your stay after getting off from the Water Taxi. The rooms are big and spacious. They have small kitchen and laundry, which was very handy. The only downside was that the beds were not that comfortable."

"Even though no reception on Sunday, there is always someone available to help. Lea (sorry if misspelled) was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were updated. We got a room with a shared kitchenette, with coffee, tables, fridge, etc. -definitely recommend that option. "
