I loved this hotel and likely would stay here again if given the opportunity during my work travels - the hotel is a perfect fit for folks like me, who need a fully equipped onsite coworking space to use during their stay - it was beautiful, comfortable, and functional. I had a few days during my stay where I barely left the live/work space due to an intense schedule, so I was able to really test it out - truly, no complaints. The staff were also quite generous and kind with their time and service during my stay, including the bistro staff and the front desk (Lidia! You were wonderful, thank you!). I used the gym once during my stay and found it more than satisfactory as well.
I am docking a star from my room because I felt it was less well-equipped than the rest of the hotel. No table by the bed, dimly lit, and instead of a full chair, I received an ottoman. I was also disappointed by the lack of USB or USB-C outlets, common at the majority of hotels these days.
I also spent my last night on this property being repeatedly disturbed by my (much younger, no surprise) neighbors in the hotel, who chose to hang out and be loud in the hallway and let their door slam shut at full strength, well past 2AM. I can't really fault the hotel for this and have noticed that hotels in Europe don't commonly have official, posted quiet hours, so this is probably just a cultural difference. Anyway, like I said, I'd still stay again and got a ton of work done thanks to the great design.
