“happy cj”
had a great time.
“Nice hotel but location not so great”
It's a nice hotel with plenty of amenities. The room is big, sort of like a suite with a couch and a coffee table. It also has a big bathtub, refrigerator, microwave, and easy access to the ice machine. The complementary breakfast is very nice. The only downside is that it's located at the outskirt of Jackson, requiring a little driving (or long walk) to the center of the town. Overall, I'm satisfy with the room and the service, as I was there only for a quick overnight stay.
“Would definitely return”
Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and gave great insight for things to do and places to go eat. The hotel was well maintained and had a very cozy homey feel to it. The room was perfect for the reason we went to Jackson, it was comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect as it was about five minutes to the main shops and only ten miles from Teton Village. It sits in a good neighborhood, one where your not afraid to walk down the main road alone.
“Great experience! Awesome staff!”
Not really sure why the average score is only a 3??? We had a great experience! The staff was cheerful, helpful and overly courteous. They provided us with information on local restaurants and other local attractions. Room was just as expected and the bed was oh so comfy! The only downfall was that there wasn't any BACON at breakfast!! How can you have breakfast without bacon!!?? Thanks and gratitude to the staff of Best Western Plus Lodge at Jackson Hole (even without the bacon! :) )!
“Great hotel for a great price”
This hotel was priced right for the room. It was very convenient to all the surrounding activities. It didn't have a fitness center onsite, but offered complimentary access to the fitness center across the street, which was a great fitness center. The breakfast offered was not the best, but by far not the worse I have had either. The coffee was fabulous (and I'm picky). The room was very spacious and clean. The jacuzzi tub was nice, as was the fireplace. The bed was comfortable and we didn't have any problems with outside noise. The decor of the hotel was very welcoming and made you feel like you were in a "ski" town. We travel to Jackson for business quite a bit and this will for sure be our first choice for hotels.
“Good, comfortable, clean and quiet hotel.”
Very impressed with the hotel room quality, King Mini Suite. Mattress and pillows were extremley comfortable. The new flat screen TV could have been better placed or at least on a rotation device to make easier viewing from couch to bed. The bathroom was good quality and the extra large white towels were nice. The room was well cleaned daily and our sheets changed daily for our five night stay, of course we leave a daily tip for the maids. The breakfast choices were as good as any hotel with a free breakfast, although by day five I could not eat anymore powered scrambled eggs; but the size of this hotel would make it almost impossible to scramble real eggs for as many guest as they have. The location in downtown Jackson Hole was good, close to resturants and the ski and hiking areas. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a good place to stay for a mid-price range.
“Jackson's best Hotel for the price”
I will always stay at this Hotel when I visit customers in the Jackson area on a quarterly basis. Angela at the front desk was an absolute darling and very personable and was always helping me find places to eat and other useful information. If you can make her a manager you might want to do so as soon as possible because I do not know how long an employee like that will last as a front desk employee. Give her a pat on the back for me.
“cozy sitting area and fireplace”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Lodge in Jackson. My room had a cozy fireplace and a sitting area. Very nice to just turn on the fire when I got to the room. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean.
“I can't wait to go back - great for my family”
My husband and eight yr old daughter both loved the place. The room had a living area, separated from the king bed by a half wall - she slept on the pull-out couch very happily. The indoor/outdoor pool was a huge hit. Not close enough to downtown to walk, but a very short drive - 3/5 minutes. Loved all the carved bear statues. Very charming for a chain hotel.
“Great Place to Stay”
Our choice of this hotel was based soley on the reviews when researching where in the area to stay. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The Continental Breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Anyone who complains that it's not could never be satisfied. The Town Shuttle picks you up out front as do most of the others (blue/green line). This resort is known by the locals as the Bear Lodge. Will definetly stay again when we return to the area
