The property is centrally, located, and easy to find. However, upon arrival, it was under renovation. There was a paint smell, and it was noisy. During breakfast, the doors were left open. It was quite cold. Also, the rug in our room felt damp. The breakfast was excellent. It was included in the cost of the room. I have dietary restrictions due to illness. I am both gluten-free and dairy free and they had both gluten-free and dairy free options available. This is one of the few hotels I have ever visited that. Made this available without even asking. Well done!

I stayed here at the beginning of Jacksons “shoulder season”. They were remodeling the front entry/reception area which is expected as this is the only slow time this facility will see. The newly remodeled fitness area and pool are really nice. The workout room is larger than the one at the Snow King Resort and the floor to ceiling windows makes it feel even bigger. I’m usually not a fan of interior pools but this one has a ton of natural light and overhead glass. All in all, a very nice stay. The rooms are a bit dated but at that price point, it’s exactly what I expected. Front desk personnel were wonderful. I needed some papers printed off for work but the business center was closed off due to the remodel. She had me email the file to her and printed them off for me. Very thoughtful and very kind. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice property very rustic and traditional looking. Central just steps to Broadway where all the shopping and attractions are. Rooms were big and clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was AWESOME. Actual cooked full breakfast with lots of options and they really pull out the extras to make you happy. I was so happy I stayed here. I’ll be back in the fall to the 49er!
