"This hotel is like a huge one bedroom apartment! One and half bathroom, large living room and bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, full size fridge and stove. They is a washer and dryer in closet too.I do recommend you have a car but some tour bus will pick you up right outside your room. There are a couple pools too."

"This resort was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity. The only reason that I did not give it a perfect review was due to the really weird design of the window in the bedroom. It was a corner window that faced into the outdoor entrance to the condo. "I was perfectly fine with the hotel until I saw what my money could have gotten me at the Waikoloa Beach Mariott. When you compare the two…hands down I would have much rather stayed in Waikoloa. Better beach and much nicer hotel. King Kamehameha had great nearby shopping and restaurants within walking distance so we didn’t lose out too bad. "Excellent property, and wonderful, helpful staff. We had an ocean front room, which was amazing. The pool is great for kids and adults alike. The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores. I highly recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Kona."

"The property was a little outdated but taken care of well. Room service was on time every day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the resort was nice and shops were easily walkable. Only complaint would be the area had a decent amount of homeless people but that isn't the resorts fault. Would definitely come back"
