The Royal Kona is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the lagoon. The staff were efficient and our housekeeper was helpful and friendly. The resort will be incredible once remodeling is done.

The staff was exceptionally nice during our stay. The rooms were clean housekeeping always offered to help with anything I needed. The view from our balcony was amazing. The food is excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for me and my family.

The room was clean. The hotel looks a little dated from the outside, but the rooms are nice. The breakfast was large portions and decent enough, but there are better options within walking distance. The resort experience was wasted on me a little, as I hardly used the amenities. I selected this place because it was on the water and I wanted to view/hear the ocean. The view was nice

The hotel room could use some updates but it was very clean and the outdoor amenities were beautiful! The luau was very fun on the property but buy online when they have a discount (not from the desk). Also you may need to ask about activities in the hotel to sign up for them. I didn't know there were activities until a few days into my trip. All in all amazing loction near shops and on the water!!

The front desk lady was amazing, they let us check in early, and then they also gave us two free drink tickets, the pool staff was amazing as well. Our room attendants also cleaned our room very well, we appreciated it, the AC was amazing. Overall what a wonderful stay

This was the perfect end to our Hawaii vacation. The staff was so nice and accommodating letting us check in early and check out late. The gal who helped me at the front desk was awesome. She remembered my name on check out, which I thought was so nice. The location is absolutely beautiful! They were doing construction on our building but we never even heard it. Would absolutely stay here again.
