“Clean, Quiet, great staff”

This hotel was clean and quiet, with helpful, pleasant, staff who were knowledgeable about the area.

“The Honest House Keepers”

I made a mistake that shouldn't be made. I left my room one morning and forgot my wallet. I didn't realize it until late in the day just before returning to my room. I attempted to get gas and discoverred that my wallet was missing. I returned to my room to find that it was cleaned and the bed made. My wallet was laying just where I left it, all my money and credit cards was inside. The housekeepers was good and honest. I believe that alone is enough to return to that motel the next time I am in Kalamazoo. However I will try not to make the same mistake again.

Went for a sporting event in Kalamazoo. The staff was super! We did wish for a pool on the second day, but overall great place.

“Good value in Kalamazoo”

I would have to say everthing went well with the exception of checking out a day early and not being able to get any money back from Expedia! This was not the hotels problem. It's my problem with Expedia. Expedia told me that if I checked out early that I would not get a refund and if I made reservations that would be short of an extra day of stay I would have to pay full hotel price for the last day. So I gambled and booked the extra day and didn't need it so it wound up costing me about the same as if I had booked it directly with the hotel. It's not the Hotels fault that I didn't get any money back. Next time I'll probably look a little harder before I just sing up with Expedial. John

It was right between all the places where we had to be.Staff was very helpful in giving directions.

The hotel was clean, friendly hotel staff and convienent to the interstate. The continental breakfast is over the top. Have stayed there many times. Baymont came highly recommended to me. Great place to stay.
