"This was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room. The rooms were well prepared. A lot was expected in cleanup - all dishes washed and put away (but we couldnโ€™t find the dish soap), taking out the garbage (we had a hard time finding where the garbage should go), and stripping the beds. Other than that it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience."

This house was beautifully decorated - with a modern yet welcoming decor. Everything was SO clean...no bugs, no stains, no musty smell. Plenty of fresh towels, blankets/pillows. "Very friendly staff. Helped us with directions to a few places as we didnโ€™t know the area and arenโ€™t very tech savvy. Breakfast very good also. No complaints at all. Room great after we figured out that there was another shade to block out a light outside our window after questioning staff."

"The staff at this hotel went above and beyond recently for an extended stay our family needed. Our father went into the hospital and we ended up staying here for 6+ weeks. My sister, brother and my mom as well as some friends and other family all came and went sometimes requiring extra rooms. Zeus was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed every day. Tiffany made sure my mom could stay in the same room throughout our stay. She always respond quickly with compassion and care for our situation. Tyanna was always kind and caring and demonstrated love every time we saw her. They treated us like family and cared about our dad even though they never got to meet him. We will never forget what this little home-away-from-home meant to us but mostly the people that took care of us."

"Hotel was amazing!! At first I was blown away at all the doors and everything requiring room key access. Thought it was overkill until we walked downtown and saw all the homelessness. There were so many homeless people. At one point we were chased by a homeless man yelling at us. Drugged up homeless are a problem in KZoo so my advice is stay in the hotel and eat and drink. The city is wild and feral."
