"This was a really nice hotel. No, its not the Ritz Carlton, but the hotel was clean, pretty quiet, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and in a great location just outside of town and super close to lots of good restaurants. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was hot and fresh. Especially nice because it was no extra cost. I would highly recommend them."

They were happy to recommend places to visit and things to do in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bar and restaurant were exceptional. The waitstaff and bartender were so friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We had such a wonderful time enjoying the bar and restaurant and meeting everyone there. The atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and made our stay even more memorable. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. The wonderful staff truly made all the difference!"

"The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the hotel rooms need a little love. The property is convenient to Saugatuck Brewery, Downtown Douglas, and Saugatuck by the harbor. It’s a great location and a charming little hotel. The breakfast was really nice and the fact that coffee and a few snacks are available 24/7 is a nice touch. The only negative for us was the bathroom area. It was pretty dated and there’s a broken tile in the ceiling that gave us the creeps. It felt like someone could place a camera up there and watch you. It definitely needs addressed, but beyond that the room was nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room is an adjoining room and we could easily hear people on the other side of the door. We heard clearly heard entire conversations, but we weren’t in the room much, so this didn’t bother us. We were in room 115 and had a view of the back of the property which is wooded, so it was nice that we didn’t have to look at the parking lot since we were on the first floor. Despite the little things that aren’t so great, we both agreed we would 100% stay here again. Check-in and checkout were super convenient."

"It was my first time staying there and not familiar with the area. Seemed more like a business area but plenty of stores and easy access to get around to other locations in the area. Hotel is a little old however they have kept it updated, cleaned, painted and comfortable beds. A nice place, I'd stay again. The only maintenance I saw was the lawn needed mowing!! So does mine. LOL"
