The pool water was clean and the perfect temperature. Same for the whirlpool. Our location was close enough to downtown Southaven and the beaches for a quick trip over to the beach everyday. And the breakfast were delicious the beds were comfortable. All the staff was very amenable and were able to provide everything we needed.

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed a clean and comfy room and a clean pool area. There was plenty of free parking, and the breakfast was good with a lot of choices offered. I would definitely stay here again.

The check-in process was easy and the staff were polite. However, for $290 a night for a queen bed, the room and hotel was not maintained and everything was old and dirty. The rug in the room was damp and dirty, my socks turned dark. The bathroom had a leaky toilet that was running 24/7 with a hissing sound. The walls were very thin, and I could hear the neighbors talk all night. There was a small tv and fridge, but the fridge was not cold. Breakfast had some pre-packaged muffins, breads, and a waffle iron. Overall, this experience felt like a run-down motel rather than a hotel.
