This was a nice place and a good deal for the price. We had a full fridge, dishes, and a dishwasher for the price of a regular hotel room. My only issue is that the set-up is a little awkward. There are two hotels connected together and this one is in the back part of the building. Also, parking is in a garage across the street and costs extra. This was surprising to me given that Kalamazoo is not a huge city. I expect to pay extra for parking in a place like Chicago, but this caught me off guard.

I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it.

Really liked my stay here. I will say the layout is kind of confusing so make sure to ask the check in person for good directions on how to get to parking and other parts of the hotel. The room was really comfortable and I think if I was there for more than one night the other amenities would have really come in handy.

Br restaurants the ooeakfast was good but ran a little short was pretty full. The windows were great! Enjoyed view of downtown. Kitchen had everything to cook your own meals. Staff was friendly and attentive. Downside pool was closed and my son was really looking forward to swimming. Overall will be back. Walking is easy downtown to the museum restaurants and if you want bars.Will be back
