“Business friendly”
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Business center and plenty of space to meet in lobby area. Convenient bar and snack area. Close to the airport and Zona Rosa. Highly recommend.
“Excellent Value”
Very clean and well kept place to stay. There are double beds and a sofa bed in certain rooms - excellent for guests with kids.

Customer service was outstanding. Very impressed with the staff. I watched them go above and beyond with every customer walking through the door.

Great location; well-kept building. The room was very nice: great floor plan, clean, nice furniture, granite countertops, plenty of storage. The beds were comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. I wish I could have stayed longer.
“kansas city stay”
we stayed for two days and everyone was so friendly! the only negative was we watched a movie and were called at 10 pm and woke up to be told our card did not go through, it was very upsetting and then as we were dressing to go find out what happened they called back and said it was an error they had misread it. we had paid for 2 nights and for a 17.00 charge when they were holding 10.00 they could have called us in the morning. it was very irritating
“Will return here whenever possible”
Everything seems right. Nice design, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice neighborhood, near movies and really nice shopping.

We had not stayed in a Hyatt before and was very impressed....Very modern, slick and chic. My only disappointed was the breakfast. It was served in a great area but wasn't anything I was interested in eating....powdered donuts, cereal and some canned fruit with yogurt.....Everyone kept thinking the large warm container was sausage gravy but alas it was oatmeal....no fresh fruit, etc...I gotta have some protein....something warm.....so skip the breakfast.
“This is the one near the airport”
I cannot write enough about the staff. It would take all 1500 the characters I'm allowed. It's enough to say that they made absolutely sure I was satisfied. The shuttle even took me to a local shopping mall as I needed a few things, telling me that the service is available to all guests to go anywhere within a radius of 3 miles. And then there's the room. It wasn't only clean, clean, it was half again as big as most rooms I stay in. The same can be said for the bed with its 5 pillows. The same can be said for the couch in the sitting area. There was even a traveler's size tooth paste next to the sink along with the usual soaps, jells, and shampoos. I seldom write these sort of things but this experience makes for an exception to my general rule.
