$30 for overnight parking isn’t the best for big trucks, be prepared to pay for wifi and 50$ for late check out which we were given only an extra 2 hours which is understandable for cleaning staff. Probably first and last time probably staying. Clean, staff were friendly and the bottom floor is really nice.

We stayed here for the World Cup and had a great experience. Clean, spacious property very conveniently located for activities in downtown Cleveland, and along the streetcar line. It’s connected to a shopping mall and food court with a nice pool and plenty of onsite dining. Very helpful staff, especially Abby at the front desk who helped us deal with a minor issue with our room quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center is a wonderful hotel! We traveled from Hawaii and was greeted with plenty ALOHA! The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the bell desk worker (who's been there for over 40 years) was very welcoming :) The hotel is clean with cute local shops and places to eat, and the beds are super comfy! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

The staff and facilities are great. love the location. However, this place has by far the worse shower's in KC, in fact the worse showers in Ks. or Missouri. In today's world it's a crapshoot on water volume and pressure. Other places we stay at are 10 times better. You might as well grab a bar of soap and jump in the pool. I asked why the water pressure and volume were so terrible, and they gave a canned answer about government controls. This is not true. Whatever they are doing is absolutely crazy how terrible the showers are. When you pay 500 a night you expect nice things and they didn't deliver. They traffic noise and city sounds are way above levels expected for such a highly rated hotel.
