"I never leave reviews but this was truly unforgettable. We booked the private onsen room on the first floor. Simply incredible, the ultimate ryokan experience. The room, onsen, and views were beautiful. On top of that, the staff were outstanding. The dinner and breakfast in the private dining room were delicious. We were served a spread of local food that was unlike anything we have ever had. Truly the highlight of our first trip to Japan. We hope to return one day."

"This is a wonderful place to spend a few days. The ryokan is very authentically Japanese. The staff was helpful wherever we needed them. "Came here with my husband and mother. A little sad that there was no view surrounding this ryokan. Unlike the ones I stayed in while I was in Hakone and Sapporo.
