建物は50cmはありそうな大黒柱、池の鯉が優雅に泳いでいるなど普段の生活から離れ、くつろぐことができました。 コロナ対策もしっかりしており、安心して過ごす事ができました。 また、従業員の方々の行き届いた接客にもとても満足しました。

温かいおもてなし、ありがとうございました。

少し遅めの到着でしたが、係の方が駐車場で待っていて下さり、すぐ案内していただきました。 建物は決して最新のつくりではありませんが、清潔に保たれていました。 露天風呂付きのお部屋で、部屋の露天風呂はとても広く、お湯は滑らかでしっかり温まることができまきた。内風呂は浴槽も壁もすべて木で作られていてぬくもりのある作りでした。 食事は個室で、量も十分で、担当の方がタイミングよく次の料理を運んで下さりました。 追加の飲み物やエステなどのオプションも良心的なお値段だったので、しっかり利用させていただきました。 心ゆくまでゆったりできる旅館だと思います。

Came here with my husband and mother. A little sad that there was no view surrounding this ryokan. Unlike the ones I stayed in while I was in Hakone and Sapporo. This inn is small and has limited facilities (but it is enough.) Room was spacious and the futon was very comfortable to sleep in, staffs helped prepare the futons for us to rest efficiently. Both breakfast and dinner were good but a tad overpriced for what I was getting (beef portion was really little). The hot spring water was not as hot as compared to other hot springs I've been to as mentioned earlier. Also, would be good if they did some necessary prevention as there were many mosquitoes surrounding us while we were soaking in our private open air onsen. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

Nice but given the rate, I would expect more

Room is very spacious, nicely decorated and staff very helpful. Dinner was beautifully presented, however given the room rate (72,000 yen) I expect the food to be more superb. And the onsen is located in a patio with no view, although I knew it well during booking, the outdoor area is smaller then expected and couldn't even see the sky. Again, it would be a wonderful experience at a lower value.

Wonderfully serene ryokan with spacious rooms, exquisite food, attentive service, and frequent shuttles to the farmers market and train station. We took onsen baths each morning and before dinner and wore the beautiful yukata robes to the onsen and to meals in our private dining room. We have been to many ryokans and this one is among the best.

One of the best onsen in my experience

What I like the most are onsen and services, the hot spring quality is one of the best from my experience. Also very impressed with their services, from the first step in and when I left the place. Breakfast and dinner roon is in a private room, it's really good for people who need privacy. Wonderful trip for staying two night in this place.

Brilliant experience of staying in a traditional Japanese hotel. A traditional room with futons, hot spring bathing, delicious Japanese food, great service, bus service to get to and from town. All in all a fantastic place to stay. Plus there are lots of instructions in English so you don’t have to worry about getting anything wrong and causing offence!

40代3人、70代の親の4人で滞在させていただきました。予約から宿泊まで、電話連絡も行き届いていて完璧でした。 宿泊日は混雑を予想していた10連休中にも関わらず、館内は静寂に包まれた落ち着いた空間。泉質の良いお風呂ものびのびと独占させていただき、肌もツルツルになりました。 お料理は、手が込んでいて器も素晴らしく、お刺身も新鮮でトロトロ。飛騨牛も素材と味付けが絶妙でとても満足な懐石でした。

Perfect for everything

Excellent ryokan experience in liyama! Everythings are all in very high standard! Generous,Polite and Professional staff. Flexible arrangment for shuttle bus and check-out time. Gorgous dinner and breakfast. Large room with relaxing private onsen in nature view. Also got the free coffee/tea coupons for us to enjoy in anytime during our stay. We had an amazing stay at Hanaougi Betti Iiyama. The facility is incredibly beautiful and classy, just like the pictures, and the food (dinner and breakfast) was extraordinary. But what sets this hotel apart is the level of service. My boyfriend and I arrived and were greeted with the friendly and courteous Okami (landlady). She personally attended to us at our arrival, dinner, and departure, and made sure that we had the best experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Takayama.

Unforgettable experience at Hanaougi Bettei Iiyama

The place was very pleasing to the senses, from the architecture to the greenery. The staff were very friendly, in particular our hostess for the entire journey Yuri. She was knowledgeable and made a difference to our stay. The keiseki dinners were delicious and lovely to behold. An unforgettable experience all in all.

L'hôtel est à 15 min en navette de la gare de Takayama ! L'hôtel est situé dans une zone non touristique donc une fois à l’hôtel c'est plus pour se reposer et profiter des onsens, sauna et massages ! Lorsque vous êtes dans cette hôtel vous avez le droit d'aller dans les autres onsens de l’hôtel Hidatei Hanaougi qui appartient au même groupe et est situé à 2 min à pied. Le repas kaiseki était très bon et le personnel discret et disponible ! La chambre est très spacieuse.

Um serviço de microonibus que apanha o hóspede na estação de trem da JR, comodos amplos e confortáveis, sala de banhos com todas as facilidades e comida variada e saborosa. E atendimento por hostess gentil e prestativa.
