Probably one of the less practical hotels near the station. Swarmed with international tourists (granted I was one of them so…). Facilities are fine but it felt understaffed compared to the mountain of tourists it was serving. Next time I’d stay somewhere else.

This hotel stay was one of the best stay I ever had. From the moment I walked in and the check-out, the staffs were very nice, friendly, and very helpful. The complimentary welcome beer was so good! The breakfast was great with so many varieties of both Japanese and western foods. The bar and other complimentary offers were unbelievable. Onsen experience was great! I (we) totally enjoyed our stay and planning to visit again just to enjoy this hotel stay! I would definitely stay in the future and highly recommend this hotel stay to anyone who expects a pleasant stay.
