“Ice maker didn't work. Office rest room out of order. Not pleased this time.”

“Dumpiest hotel ever!”

I had made my reservations several weeks ahead. When I arrived the clerk told me no double rooms, no non-smoking rooms and no roll aways. He saw that I was getting frustrated and found me a double non-smoking room. No roll-aways. We were there three nights. Room 231. The door did not shut without slamming it very hard. There was mold around the hinges, and the window above the door had been broken out and replaced with plywood. The outlets were not flush with the walls. There was at least a half inch gap between the corner wall/floor. The bathroom door had been kicked in. There was a busted foot-hole on the door and a half-inch gap in the door when it was closed. The vanity was broken and missing a huge piece in the front. There was a hole in the wall. I took pictures but I don't see anywhere to post them here. The room needed completely redone and so did everything else.

“STAY AWAY”

Hotel needs a complete renovation. Ice machines do not work, laundry is horrible, pool looks like an earthquake hit the area, breakfast is a joke, bathrooms are caulked to death, and need I say more!!!!!
