The hotel is beautiful and clean, the location is really good, walking distance from the Aquarium and the Creative Museum. The breakfast is delicious with fresh made omelettes. The only problem with breakfast was the hotel was very crowded because it was a long weekend, and the replenishment of the food that was running out was slow. They have a treasure box with goodies for the kids in the lobby and that was awesome. I would stay again.

I am a social services employee working with foster care. Foster mother, youth and I celebrated youth’s 8th birthday with going out to eat, staying at a fancy hotel, and going to the Aquarium. Your staff treated him so kindly, as if he were a little man! The facilities were beautiful and he felt like he was staying in a mansion. Foster mom and I were able to provide this child with a fantastic experience and wonderful memory and that was largely due to the hotel and staff!! Thank you!!

Clean room, helpful staff, useful amenities. 2 complimentary drinks from the bar per adult per day. Pool was in great shape. Excellent location just a 5-minute walk from the Tennessee Aquarium. The location was very easy to get get to off of the highway! Breakfast was a little better than your typical continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were restaurants nearby in walking distance! Pool, sauna, were great!

I absolutely loved my stay at Embassy Suites! The location was perfect. I loved being able to walk over to Scoop Around, and having the movie theater right next door made everything so convenient and fun. The daily evening reception was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The food was awesome and made it nice to relax at the hotel without always having to go somewhere else. The staff really stood out as well. Everyone I encountered was friendly, kind, and welcoming. The combination of the location, nearby entertainment, great reception, and wonderful staff made this such an enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again!
