“K Falls”

Nothing great. Solid room.

“Great stay, painful internet access”

Absolutely no complaints on hotel, the staff was great, but the internet access was painfully slow. I was in Klamath Falls for business and needed to catch up on emails and prepare for the next days meetings. I hope they get this fixed before my next visit.

“Good hotel”

Nice hotel. Good breakfast in the morning. The swimming pool was great, the kids loved it. Nice workout room but the treadmills definitely need some service. The internet service really doesn't work well. I was able to check email but several other websites wouldn't work on the service and the connection was really slow. I don't know what this was from but definitely not good internet service. Overall a good stay.

“Looks nice but....”

When we arrived we said we wanted a top floor room. The employee gave us two choices but neither were on the top floor. She exclaimed that she was being an air head and finally gave us a room that we wanted. The bed was comfortable but we itched all night. We didn't see any bugs but still both itched all night. The rooms were quiet even though there were lots of little kids and alcohol coming into the hotel.
