"One of our best stay"

"I drove 20hrs straight to get to the Quality Inn, and when I finally got in, and got to my room it was absolutely filthy. There were crumbs, bugs, and human hair all over the floor. Not to mention, the sink was full of water and broken. I went and asked the front desk for a new room, they placed us in the room next door. That room had almost the exact same issues, execpt the fridge made the entire place stink bad. Because I was tired and didn’t want to argue, I spent the night and the next day I got my room change. The staff was very friendly and cooperative, I'm sure if you ask for assistance they will help you."

"The pillows were so old that they were flat. The couch was torn and repaired with duct tape. The coffee pot was stained. The bed was comfortable though. "

"Our stay was so great. It started off with Ashley at the front desk she was so wonderful and helpful and helped us resolve a problem we had and was so sweet. The owner needs to fix the pool and hot tub because it was out of order. The pictures show the beautiful indoor hot tub/ pool, when we got there it was green and closed and needed repairs. "
