"We came to celebrate my son's and daughter's birthdays. The employees were thoughtful and helpful. Good customer service is so hard to find but every single person we met during our 5 night stay was courteous and helpful. We got 15 inches of snow in 24 hours and the staff was busy maintaining the roads, cabin steps and pathways to ensure their guests got to enjoy the snow rather than have it be cumbersome and restricting. The cabins are clean, well stocked and so nice and warm. The proximity to the ski resort and sledding area at salt creek is unbeatable. The lake is gorgeous and we cannot wait to come during the summer months and get the most of that season as well. This was a trip we will talk about forever and we can't wait to get back to Shelter Cove to create more special memories. Thank you Aiden, Alison and every single person who was working during our stay to make these days unforgettable for us. Truly, thank you"
