"Ants in washroom, table and bed. One of my towel old & torned. Wifi poor connection, 3 days stay was difficult for me to do my job. Perfume in lift was terrible smell. I dont enjoy for my 3 night with massive jem every where. My appoinment in Nibong Tebal unable to meet my schedule. My nearest AEON the nearest also terrible jem. I only enjoy foods within distance. Hotel without restaurant. I am experience 8 year ex-hotelier and 18 years in airline catering industry, can comment lot of things. "

"Easy street parking as the block of shop lots were mainly empty. The room we were given had no windows and there is no lift, the stairs were uneven so you need to take care. I found the bed uncomfortable and it was noisy (poor soundproofing)but otherwise, given the price, it is good value. You will need transport to get into Taiping as it is on the outskirts of the town. "

"Nice hotel. Bit away from the centre. So best if you have a car or use taxis. Saying that there is a good food hall next to the hotel. As well as bars and cafes. Together with a near by shopping centre. Staff are super friendly and helpful. So yes I can recommend this hotel. "
