“Great location and service”
The hotel has obviously gone through a recent refurbishment, so room electrics etc are very modern and easy to use. The evening menu was very varied, excellent quality and presentation, and not short on portions. The staff were extremely helpful and fluent in English. They even provided a late dinner (11pm) and early breakfast (6am) to fit in with our flights. You have access to the facilities (indoor pool and rooftop jacuzzi)of the sister hotel, Admiral, approx 3 miles away.
“Nice place”
Everything was great, the staff was really helpful in the whole time, good place for the price, front lake property with nice view and close to downtown.

Lakeside hotel, good location, and very helpful and friendly staff. Even provides some free bicycles!

A great hotel, set in beautiful surroundings. An excellent location for a stop-over or short break. Good service, helpful staff.
“A good hotel”
This was a nice hotel, with good facilities, the furniture was a bit dated but the bathroom was very new and clean. Plenty of parking and very helpful staff. The only drawback is that there are limited places to eat nearby and the very busy road outside.

this is a nice hotel with good location and really nice view for the lake and this nice area this hotel good for relaxing and resting.
“Where is the air conditioning”
The front desk controls the air conditioning of the room and they lower it at their will. Only after constant complaints could we get the room to be bareable,
